Discounted Access To Development Services

All our web hosting customers may access our web design and development services to support their allentech.net web sites at discounted rates. We also allow priority scheduling for our hosting customers among projects of similar time and resource requirements.

The current discount rate is 25%. The rate is subject to change but will be guaranteed for each account for the currently paid hosting period of the account.

Web Site Documentation Template

Both our Webmaster and Advanced hosting plans include installation of our proprietary Web Site Documentation template system.

This is a server side system which allows you to generate your own site documentation in searchable knowledge base format. Create and maintain your own private knowledge base to help you administer your web site over the long term. When you ask yourself, "Now why the heck did I do that?", you will know where the answer is!

Includes password protected forms based user interface pages.

Scripting Support

We provide script debugging support for our hosting customers, with a few restrictions.

Questions regarding setup or debugging of scripts on your web site must be submitted through our Script Questions support page, NOT through our other support channels.

We will always try to provide an answer for specific questions, help with upload problems or offer simple configuration advice. Because we cannot become experts on every script you may install and we cannot make non-functional scripts function - WE DO NOT PROMISE A SOLUTION TO ALL PROBLEMS SUBMITTED! We do promise to give each question a serious look and to try to guide you toward a solution.

This service is provided only as time allows outside our normal tech support responsibilities and cannot be scheduled or given a priority status.
