DialXS is an ActiveX installer control for premium-rate diallers, originating in Holland.

Yes. DialXS can silently download and execute arbitrary unsigned code from its server, x0.nl, when directed to do so by any web page.

Removal

Open the Downloaded Program Files folder inside the Windows folder, right-click the entry ‘DialXSCtl Object’ and choose ‘Remove’.
