Additional MySQL Databases

If you need to have additional databases setup on your account our support staff will need to add these for you. We can add 1 additional database for your account if needed for a separate application. Please submit a request to support@allentech.net and include:


New Database Name
New Database User Name
New Password
Note: These additional databases cannot be accessed from the MySQL icon in your Account Control Panel in the PHPMyAdmin tool. You will need to access these databases using SSH telnet. For more information about accessing your MySQL database from SSH telnet please click here.

If you need to have additional user names setup for your database our support staff will need to add these for you. Please submit a request to support@allentech.net and include:


Database Name
New Database User Name
New Password
Permissions for new User: Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Create, Drop, Grant, References, Index, Alter
