Virtual domain account users can allow anonymous FTP access to visitors wishing to download or upload files to your web site as if you were running your own FTP server.

If you would like to enable this feature for your account please contact our support staff at support@allentech.net.

Please note, this feature is disabled by default, and is not available with our Basic hosting account.
