You will be notified via email of the status of your request immediately after it has been reviewed, usually by the following business day.

Requests for Free support are handled as a lower priority task in the order received and as time permits. Usually, these requests receive a response within 3-5 business days, however, we make no guarantee as to timing, completeness or nature of that response.

You will be notified via email when work progress begins on your request, and again when work has been completed. The completed response will be available to you through a web page link included in the response email.

Please remember that this is a FREE service provided entirely at our discretion. When making a request please be brief, specific ... and polite.

You will be notified via email of the status of your request immediately after it has been reviewed, usually by the following business day.

Requests for Pay-Per-Request support are handled as a high priority task and are tentatively scheduled for the earliest available start time when reviewed. You will receive email notification of the proposed schedule and payment instructions immediately after this review.

IMPORTANT: Although a request has been scheduled no work will begin until payment has been received! In order to assure that work begins at the earliest available time you must follow the payment instructions within the time indicated in the email notification. All requests are subject to being rescheduled until payment has been received.

You will then be notified via email when work progress begins on your request, and again when work has been completed. The completed response will be made available to you through a web page link included in the response email.

Please remember - when using this service:

  • You are paying for reasonable use of our time, resources and skills to meet your requirements.
  • We decide what is reasonable at our sole discretion, all decisions final.
  • You ARE NOT necessarily buying a solution to your problem!

You will be notified via email of the status of your request immediately after it has been reviewed, usually by the following business day.

Requests for Premium support are handled as a high priority request-for-quote for the indicated task or service. Because the scope of this service level is wide the exact response you receive may vary. However, in general you will receive a response email which will include details of proposed cost and schedule, or a link to a web page which will provide that same information. Additional contact may be initiated as is appropriate to fulfilling your request.

For requests that result in a proposed cost less than $250.00 (USD) and which can be completed without further contact, we will notify you via email with instructions for making payment and initiating work. For larger projects we will contact you to arrange terms of the service.
