Scope of Service

The scope of this service, that is, the scope of requests that we will accept, is primarily a function of our experience, resources and interests.

Our background is based around more than 30 years experience, world-wide, in support of technology-based projects, including:

  • Software and hardware design and development for scientific, manufacturing and communications applications.
  • Motion control systems on many of the world's large astronomical telescopes.
  • Emergency and backup power systems at many critical and secure installations.
  • Thermodynamic design, project management for Stirling Cycle Machine development.
  • Aerodynamic systems, large scale wind tunnel tests, in-flight measurement of helicopter rotor dynamics.
  • Great analysis and trouble-shooting background in many disciplines!
  • Technical writing, presentation and training experience.

As you can see, we do not like to limit ourselves! So if you have a project, problem or proposal - just ask! We might turn you down, but we might not!

(Please note: although we are happy to accept many general computer questions, we cannot provide support for your favorite, or not so favorite operating system, email program or other user application. Please refer those questions to the software supplier's tech support staff).
